How sweet is this dress?
Imagine your little girl in this cute southern Belle type dress. It comes complete with hat, dress, bloomers, and a leash. Hat stays on with an elastic strap. Dress easily comes on and off with plastic snaps. The little bloomers have a hook and loop enclosure with a hole for the tail. The dress is adorned with a little blue bow and a cupcake.
